How does auto fill work?

Type your visitor’s mobile in the correct field on the Add Visitor page. If they have visited any Open House ID property in the past, the rest of their details will auto fill without you having to do anything else. So easy – no typing! For more information, go to How it Works.

Is the App free for Real Estate Agents?

Yes the App is free to download from the Apple Store and Google Play store where you can register. You will then be directed to https://openhouseid.com.au/real-estate-agents for more information and to choose which package suits you best.

What happens if I don’t have a QR code reader?

You don’t require a QR Reader as you will have one built in to your App once you have registered for the system. Alternatively, you can purchase our portable scanner if you have very busy open for inspections which is for sale on our website. Please visit our online store at https://openhouseid.com.au/shop/

Can I use the QR code reader that is in my smartphone?

No, just any QR Reader won’t work as it won’t be linked to our system or your CRM. Once you have registered for Open House ID and downloaded the App, you will be able to scan your visitor’s QR Code as part of the App. Just go to ‘Scan New Visitor’ once you have selected the open house property.
However, if you have very busy open houses with queues of visitors, you can cut down on time even more by purchasing our portable scanner (please note – this is optional). Like any scanner, you will be able to ‘point and shoot’. It is the fastest, easiest solution to deal with queues of people. How fast is the scanning process?

The scan process takes about 2 seconds compared with around 25 seconds to write the details or 45 seconds to type it into your device’s keyboard. Our portable hand held scanner (optional), suitable for very large numbers, is instant at about 1 sec!

After researching suitable hardware that won’t be too expensive and will be easy to use, we have come up with the best solution for all agents. The scanner we are offering for sale is lightweight, is compatible with apple products (many aren’t) and has a Bluetooth connection. If you look after any properties, for rent or purchase, that attract many visitors to open for inspections, using a scanner will streamline the process for you. How do I integrate to my CRM system?

Open House ID can integrate with any CRM system. We have full integration with MyDesktop, RH Compass, Core Web, Rex, AgentBox and others. With most other CRMs we can get your property feed so your properties do not have to be manually loaded. If you are currently using any of these systems mentioned, you will be able to automatically ‘sync’ your App once we have verified your details with them. If you are working with a different CRM that you would like us to integrate with, please contact your provider and ask them to get in touch with us or alternatively, email support@openhouseid.com.au

How do I cancel my subscription?

Yes you can cancel your subscription at any time.

If you are one of our original users you will have paid via PayPal so you need to log in to your PayPal Account to cancel. If you paid by credit card and don’t have a PayPal account, you will need to call them direct.

If you are on our new system called Stripe, you can log in to your Dashboard on the Open House ID website and select your Account and you will find the cancellation here.
