How does auto fill work?

Type your visitor’s mobile in the correct field on the Add Visitor page. If they have visited any Open House ID property in the past, the rest of their details will auto fill without you having to do anything else. So easy – no typing! For more information, go to How it Works.

Is Open House ID aligned to any franchise or portal?

Open House ID Pty Ltd is totally independent in the industry.  We are not aligned to any one franchise or portal or real estate group.

If I change agencies or franchises, do I get to keep my data?

Yes you do get to keep your data.  You can work for anyone you like.  As long as you are still paying for your subscription, you can use the app whoever you are working for.

Can I export my database?

Yes we have export buttons in the app and on the web.  You can export your data as often as you like.

Is the CRM available on the web?

Yes the CRM is available in your device and on the web.  Just log in (same userword and password as the app) on the website https://www.openhouseid.com.au (little orange log in to the right of your home page screen) and you will see all your properties and contacts.

You can also add contacts and properties on the web if need be.

Does Open House ID have an email marketing system?

Open House ID is full integrated with MailChimp for all your email marketing and newsletter requirements. Once you are all set up, you will be able to manage your lists and newsletters all from your Open House ID CRM here on the web.

If you don’t already have a MailChimp account, go to www.mailchimp.com to set up your account. MailChimp is free for up to 2,000 subscribers and 12,000 emails per month.

Once set up, you can follow the integration steps in your CRM on the web.

How do I send a contract from the app?

Open House ID app is integrated with Dropbox so you can send any large files or brochures straight from the app.  Set up a Dropbox account and then you can add all your documents in easy-to-manage folders.

Go to Mobile CRM in the dashboard of your app, choose Resources, + button and you will see the connection to Dropbox.  It’s very easy and straightforward.

Is the App free for Real Estate Agents?

Yes the App is free to download from the Apple Store and Google Play store where you can register. You will then be directed to https://openhouseid.com.au/real-estate-agents for more information and to choose which package suits you best.

How do I integrate with my CRM system?

Open House ID can integrate with any CRM system (as long as they have what’s called an API – (application programing interface).

We have full integration with MyDesktop, RH Compass, Core Web, Rex, AgentBox and others. With most other CRMs we can get your property feed, so your properties do not have to be manually loaded. If you are currently using any of these systems mentioned, you will be able to automatically ‘sync’ your App once we have verified your details with them. If you are working with a different CRM that you would like us to integrate with, please contact your provider and ask them to get in touch with us or alternatively, email support@openhouseid.com.au

How do I cancel my subscription?

Yes you can cancel your subscription at any time.

You can log in to your Dashboard on the Open House ID website and select your Account and you will find the cancellation here.
